Otevřené hodiny tance
– improvizace a instantní kompozice
Pravidelné hodiny tance jsou věnované tréninku fyzické přítomnosti a vědomému propojování vědomého těla s časem a prostorem s cílem psaní okamžitých choreografií.
Práce si hluboce cení přítomnost – tělo a tedy performer jsou neustále tady a teď.
Hodiny nabízí nástroje pro pěstování subtilního vnímání vnitřního i vnějšího prostředí, bdělosti a připravenosti těla k akci. Zapájením celistvého těla směřujeme k artikulovanosti a přesnosti jeho vyjádření.
Technika taneční improvizace znamená umět zapájet tělo do akce okamžitě, vědomé a připravené vyjádřit se v čase a prostoru divadla, zatímco mu povolujeme zůstávat v poslouchání.
Hodiny nabízí sebe-zkušenostní část – prostor pro intimní tělesnou práci a vnitřní integraci anatomických a pohybových principů, a část kompoziční, ve které zdokonalujeme smysl pro kompozici přímo přes tvorbu krátkých choreografií v duetu, triu, kvartetu či v sóle.
Práce si klade za cíl podpořit účastníky v rozvíjení vlastního umění tance a fyzického projevu. Vždy směřuje k performativitě (sdílení tance s divákem) a jsou otevřené nejen pro tanečníky, ale i umělce z jiných oborů, kteří s tělem pracují.

U Č Í / Roberta Legros Štěpánková, studovala tanec ve Španělsku a Nizozemsku, kde objevila improvizaci a umění instantní kompozice. Od roku 2017 žije v Brně, kde učí tanec, pracuje jako choreografka, performérka a na tělo orientovaná psychoterapeutka.
Její výuka přechází od zážitkové práce se základními fyziologickými principy ke kompoziční a choreografické tvorbě – jejím poetickým i my(s)tickým významům. Její hodiny navštěvují tanečníci, poeti, herci i hudebníci. Roberta vede účastníky k praxi plné přítomnosti, v tom podle ní tkví úcta k tělu, našemu mediu exprese, a jeho poetickým detailům.

Open dance class
– improvisation and instant composition
Regular dance classes are dedicated to train our physical presence and conscious connections of the body, time and space aiming to make instant choreographies.
The work deeply values the present – body and so the performer always are in the now.
The classes offer tools designed to cultivate subtle perception of the inner and outer environment, awareness and availability for action. Engaging the wholesome body, we aim towards articulateness and accuracy of its expression.
The technique of dance improvisation means knowing to engage the body immediately, aware and ready to express itself in the time and space of theatre while allowing listening.
The classes consist of an experiential part as space for intimate bodily practice and inner integration of anatomic and movement principles, and a composition part, in which we evolve our sense for composition directly through making and observing of compositions.
The work´s goal is to support participants to develop their own art of dance and physical expression, it is directed towards performance (sharing and presenting dance to audience). Classes are open not only to dancers, but other artists that involve the body in their work.

Studied dance in Spain and The Netherlands, where she discovered improvisation and the art of instant composition. Since 2017, she has been based in Brno, where she teaches, works as choreographer, performer and body-oriented psychotherapist. Her teaching goes from experiential work with basic physiologic principles to compositional and choreographic work, its poetic and my(s)thic meanings. Her classes are attended by dancers, poets, actors, musicians. Roberta guides the participants towards the practice of full presence, for her it is the place of honoring our medium of expression – the body and its poetic details.
